This is a Blue Sky Redevelopment Project which envisions repurposing the CalArts campus for entertainment, dining, shopping, housing, and hotels, surrounding both an animal sanctuary with educational opportunities and a startup incubator for sustainable businesses and experiences.

This redevelopment is divided into 3 phases of development and expansion. Each phase redevelops the existing indoor and outdoor spaces of the CalArts campus.
